User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAdvisement to all who get their mail through this Post Office,.. have your parcels with delivery confirmation,.. I tracked a package and on the day to be delivered as per the Track and Confirm site the package came into the facility @ 3:13am , I went to meet the mailman, and the package was not delivered, later that night I went to the Track and Confirm site and it was stated that I was not available and a notice was left, I was amazed how they lied,.. the next day same results not on the truck, I went to the Post Office personally .. not there, I think ,it's still on the truck and the postman is new to the route was the excuse .. and they wonder why the Postal Service is going bankrupt, thank goodness we have UPS and FedEx as competitors
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI called yesterday because i was told that my roomate put her mail on hold but for some reason they were holding mine and the other person that lives here mail too! well when the roomate showed up with a handful of our mail that did not belong to her i called to see why they told us that they would only give the roomate her mail with her ID proving it was her, the lady was rude and told me i had to call back because there was no one there i could talk to, if that was the case why did she answer the phone!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNever answer the phone: I called the first time at 1:20 in the afternoon because they said I had to call back after 11:30 a.m. to speak to a supervisor. The first time I let the phone ring for a minute and a half, then I hung up. I called back a couple of minutes later and so far the phone has been ringing for 4 minutes and 10 seconds., then it just goes to a busy signal on me....... unbelievable... oh now it told me that all circuits are busy now and hung up on me.
