I gave them five stars even though I did have an issue with them once that still is a bad mark for my own personal ratings. The reason for that is despite that one annoying fault I experienced, the bottom line is they are honest, do good work, and are very reasonably priced.
What they need to work on is how they (or their manager) responds when there is an issue. I don't know if that has been improved upon. I stopped going there for a while, and when I decided to give them another try it was okay. It's rare that anyone (in my experience) has a complain or issue, so I don't know if they're better in that regard. However, like I said, they're honest, do good work, and are very reasonably priced. And, every time except that one time, their customer service has been more than decent.
these guys are great I took my tire to have the stem change it was close to closing and the service man did it for nothing and refuse to even take a tip nect time I need tires I will certainly use them.
Don't get an oil change there!: I took my '92 Pontiac Bonneville in for an oil change there and the lunk head who did the job failed to use a funnel. I pulled away and a few miles down the road I had smoke coming from under the hood. The tech had spilled oil all over the valve cover! The inch deep bolt recesses on the cover were literally filled to the top with oil! I spent 2 hours trying to soak up all of the oil with shop towels!
I can't comment on the quality of their tire jobs but the tech they had obviously wasn't too well versed in oil changes.
