We will NEVER go back!: After more than three years as customers, and spending around $2000 per year, we will NEVER go back. I put on one of my best shirts the other day, and found not a missing cuff button, but a hole where the cuff button should be. I brought the shirt back with a huge load of new dry cleaning and shirts, telling them that I got that shirt back with a hole, and they said that they could not repair it. I reminded them we are regular customers and do a lot of business with them. They did not even apologize. In fact, they laughed as I left, and they told me that my dogs made the hole. If only my dogs were so precise on the very rare occassions when they do chew something. Our clothes go from the bag to the closet, and the dogs never have access to them.

I would have thought that they would at least apologize, if not offer a free shirt cleaning. We have had other situations about we did not complain (they took brand new linen shorts and just about melted them; they must have washed them in hot water, and we are sure that we have lost clothes through them).
