my family reserved the banquet room the 7th of dec. my grand daughter is leaving for the armed forces on the 8th. our time was 4:oo pm. when we arrived no one knew anything about it. we finally got it straightened out but the room was no set up.we were seated about 5:45. they took our drink order about 6:15.we had no rolls or anything on the tables.when we finally got our food orders in we asked for rolls.needless to say it was not a good evening.we got our food about 6:40. i am diabetic that's why we asked for 4:00.the resturant is in new castle,de.
