The service is consistently pleasing to look at and sometimes it may even be outstanding service.
Seriously, the food is of consistent quality. Not the greatest cuisines but like any commercial chain restaurant, the quality is usually quite consistent -- you know what you're going to get.
The steamed shrimps and crab legs have surprised us -- they are better than most restaurants, even those who claim seafood as their specialty.
The ambiance is fun and light-hearted.
Value is so-so.
The service can be sub-par at times but usually ok. And, occasionally, it is above average.
Hooters is always a good place to grab a quick bite and take a break, or just to "hang-out". Family friendly and clean.
