Bugaboo Creek Steak House

Popular Place!: Upon arriving at the restaurant,I couldn't tell why it seemed so popular that it is always crowded the times I've been there. Perhaps people are tired of the same type chain places,or that it's convenient to the interstate,but it was busy! So busy that it's hard to even make your way in the door to put your name on the list, also alot of the staff was running around like security at a concert,trying to seat people!
Aside from that,the atmosphere is unique and the food is tasty.
The only complaint,aside from it being very tight spacewise,is the constant marching and clapping by the staff upon the event of someone's birthday. The place was very crowded so there was bound to be some birthdays,but the frequency of this noise seemed a little suspect. Then I was tipped off by the waiter that people may just say it's their birthday to get some cake,whether they check to verify this was unknown to me. I do know they ask for i.d. upon ordering of alcohol,so they could easily check the other. Perhaps they just don't want to make a big deal of it,but they should consider a (less disturbing)way of acknowledging a mere birthday. It is quite noisy in there to begin with.
