    Best Framers in the Wilmington, DE Area: Cost and quality can not be beat. Don't be fooled by the chain discounts. Their discounts amount to paying more than you will at The Big Picture. The owner and employees are easy to work with and the shop is super nice. Fast too !

    Excellent service!: I've worked with the Big Picture for several items (large scale & small) & they did a wonderful job & had great suggestions for me. Actually, I felt they were more reasonably priced than even AC Moore!
