User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWell, the wife is back from her first visit to the Upper Cut and I gotta admit that her hair looks great. Julie gave her a very flattering cut and made it a bit darker. I do like it and Mrs Pappy Bob....she loves it. She told me that they were very nice and she has already made an appointment for next visit. Thank you Upper Cut.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI love this salon. I have tried some other places in this area, and I have to say this salon is heads above the others (no pun intended). I have extremely difficult coarse hair, and Julie always makes me look amazing. I'm not a very flashy person, but I cannot tell you how many compliments I have gotten on my hair style and color since I began going there. They even have great coffee! The Upper Cut is definitely the best salon in Dover.

This establishment is very friendly, clean and modern. I've been going there for a very long time and my hair is always perfect. If you go - Tami is the best stylist ever!
