Watch out!!! They act like they are giving you a deal on surgery prices. Meanwhile, they leave out that you have all these other expensed after it is all over. If I knew then what I know now I would have paid a little more and went to a regular Vet. You have to provide the E-collar and they don't specify size, then you can't return it. Oh, did I mention it was their staff that put it on the dog even though they knew it wouldn't work. I have to buy a new one along with pay for medication now because they messed up. The supervisor hasn't returned my call. I am in the process of going over her head to get this matter resolve. Just remeber, you get what you pay for.

The Kent County SPCA is a very good place to go to save an animal and give it a good home.
The pets are very well taken care of,cages are clean they are excerised daily,and they are treated with love and care.
I got my "HONEY BUNNY" shepard-collie(which is very good mix)about 8 or 9 years ago and she is very happy and doing very well.We feel so lucky to have her in our lives-she's our baby.
On the other hand,I also have taken animals to SPCA and have had no problem-strays or animals family just left(moved)and didn't want them.We would have kept them but the SPCA understood we didn't have the funds to take care of them properly. I knew they'd get good homes. SO THANKS KENT COUNTY SPCA!
