User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have had the pleasure of dining at Cool Springs several times since they opened their doors.
I have NEVER been disappointed with either the FOOD or the SERVICE. In my opinion,
they easily compete with the many high end restaurants at the beach, without the outrageous
prices or the long drive (particularly in the summer). I ALWAYS take out of town visitors here
and they are amazed that Dover has a restaurant of this caliber. I RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAwesome Restuarant.: Whether you are dining with 2 or a group the service is always excellent, the food even better and the ambience is not your typical seafood fare around here where you hit your food with a mallet. This place is class personified and the wait staff and culinary experts are all very professional and courteous and offer nothing but the finest. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. This is by far my favorite restaurant around.
