User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsLand Rover Wilmington has a great staff for selling cars but extremely poor customer service for repairs. I submitted my Landrove for repairs at 8:30am. Never got it until 5:25 pm. No repairs done only diagnosis for $130.00 When questioned why I was greated with the fact that I did not ask them to complete ASAP.
What an excuse for lousy customer service. The service managers don't care about the company let alon the customers. Luxury car poor service.
