User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI went in to purchase a vehicle, but got high pressure sales and lines like "I have to feed my family" and "Work with me". The test drive was on a short high traffic route with no speed limit above 35mph. The sales department asks a lot of intruding personal questions, as well as having a condescending arrogant attitude. I would stay as far away from this dealership as possible.

Looking for new Jeep Liberty. Very aggressive and arrogant sales department. Tried to sell us a Liberty that absolutely wasn't equipped the way we wanted. When asked if they had more than the 3 on the lot, the salesperson made some reference to "the big sale" that the other Liberty's were in. No such thing. 3 was all they had. The road test was on a predetermined route, so we weren't allowed to test the vehicle on all types of roads. Salesman new only very minimal features and options available. I knew more about the vehicle than he did. Dissapointing experience. Would not recommend dealing with the sales department.
