User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGreat Cakes no doubt about it, however, their customer service skills needs to be polish. Their employees are clueless about customer orders not to mention the customer service over the phone is terrible. Although it is not the ownerâs fault, he/she should be on top of this issue. But overall, their cakes are great. I do recommend it.

I wasnt happy with the size of the cake and the price that it cost. I paid extra to get fresh strawberries and got only four little strawberries and they were black,old. The customer service was poor i think they should train their cashiers to have a better attitude. One thing that i really hate is how every time you called their number you have to leave a message and they call you ack one or two days later.

Sweets to you by Ginger what can I say, with them it is a hit or miss type situation. I never know if I am going to get what I expect. 60% of the time they get it right. I order a cake every month just about. As far as the taste it is always good, but I know of a bakery with a cake so much better it puts them in Definite 2nd place and it is cheaper the problem is that it is too far away for my needs so I just settle for Gingers. Good but not the best
