User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI would have to say for being the "Premier" Dry Cleaners in the Dover area, they come far from meeting the standard. Over half of the laundry/dry cleaning that I have had with them has come back with stains on it. I used them for approximately 4 shirts and 2 pairs of pants a week. The final straw is when, per their policy, they make you pay for their mistakes. After giving them a few chances thinking it was isolated incidents and they were supposed to be the best, I finally came to my senses and decided to go somewhere else. I would say to stay away from this place. They may have been good in the past, but their quality and customer service has gone down hill.
