Oya Restaurant & Lounge is an exquisite and decadent eatery full of ambiance featuring soft alternative music, cool white marble, comfortable leather seats and splashes of color that catch the eye with a kitchen covered by a waterfall and a fireplace displaying fire and ice.
In addition to the surroundings, the delectable delights that are featured in the menu were very tasty and filling, while the cocktails and wines were full of flavor and pleasing to the palate.
The host, our waiter, Carlos, and the staff were excellent, detailed oriented and respectful as we took pictures, ate, drank and had a married evening as my husband and I celebrated 6th months of marital growth and bliss.
I suggest you go, eat and enjoy all that Oya has to offer.
Fake!! I went there a week before a bday for a friend and spoke to one of the hosts (Jeremy?) who was supppper dupppper nice when I told him I wanted to check out the place and i was excited about it. I told him I really wanted the table directly in front of the fireplace and he told me they are alot of requests for that but he'll put a note on my reservation. But he was soooooo unbelievably nice that day!!! The night of the reservation, he was soooo stuck up and get whispering to the other hosts who were equally snooty. Despite my reservation, I had to wait ~ 45 mins to be seated. And Mr.Jeremy was not nice at all!!
Aside from the staff, the food was okay except they wanted to charge $4/person to CUT a bday cake that I brought in!!!! And they wouldnt give us a knife to cut it for ourselves. We were told the kitchen staff cuts the cake but it's $4/person. CRAZY!!
Very Nice!: This place has great decor and ambiance. It's a very trendy up-beat place and I would go there again. The lounge area is the meeting spot for a lot of young professionals around 9-10. The service is great as well!
