Melvin did some excellent work on my wedding dress a couple of months back. If you want service with a smile, this probably isn't your place. if you want good, quality work done for a very reasonable price...give melvin a call. i am beyond grateful that he didn't give me the "because you are a bride" 500% markup that i have been getting everywhere else.

I've never had such a BAD customer experience without actually buying anything. I walked out of the store before handing over my suit for alterations; I would never trust my clothes to someone so rude. I won't go into the dialogue, but "Melvin" basically thinks he's doing you a favor by merely speaking to you, and seems annoyed that you're even there. Among other things, I wanted to ask about ball-park prices becuase I was shopping around to find reasonable rates. This is when he took out the Yellow Pages and shoved it in my face, saying "if you want somebody else, here ya go." I promptly walked out and went down the street to Georges de Paris, where Papillion was as charming and helpful as they come.
