I needed to rent a tuxedo on short notice and was amazed at how fast and curtious the staff took care of my needs. The tuxedo was a perfect fit! kudos!!

Luster Former wear has great tuxedo rentals available. Perfect for a black tie event, they also have tuxedo sales if that's what you're looking for.

chronicly bad, amateurish service: I've lived on the hill for the last two years. Seldom did I have problem with my dry cleaning until I used Lustre. About a third of the time they lose my clothing. Picking up my dry cleaning, something that should take less than two minutes, becomes a 15 minutes ordeal.
I also recently had a jacket brought in for alterations. They couldn't handle that either. In fact they managed to ruin a good piece of clothing. I needed the sleeves shortened and the waist brought in. They managed to ruin the sleeves by shortening them at the wrong place, something that could have been avoided had they had professonial tailors. I found another place nearby that was able to undo their horrible work.
To make matters worse, when I went to complain about it they refused to do anything about it.
I strongly recommend that anyone who needs dry cleaning or alterations go to the place across the street or on east cap, or any of the other dozens of dry cleaners in the area.
