BE CAUTIOUS. You need to speak clearly and make sure that these people don't get your order wrong or they will make you pay for it even when it is their error. After calling the owner, I still was thanked for my concern but the owner only cared about that "he" heard my order correctly. Whatever happened to customer-focused! This coffee shop doesn't follow this rule of business. I had to pay for 3 full priced coffee drinks and I ordered correctly. Yes, this owner made me pay for the coffee he fixed incorrectly.
