User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy wife and I have eaten at Espuma on many occassions and find the food fantastic and the atmosphere and staff wonderful. Whether I order the paella, fresh fish, scallops, duck, or beef entres, I always get the finest meal imaginable. The selection of wines is world-class and the pours are generous. The martinis, specially created, are the best in the region. If you are in the Rehoboth area, you must experience Espuma.
