About:A place that definitely cannot be missed would have to be Montmartre. A typical French restaurant with lots to offer. A huge list of fine wine and a menu with excellent dishes such as carrot and ginger cream soup, blue point crab veloute with lump crabmeat, and homemade country pate with cornichons. You will sure get all your money's worth in this restaurant!

    My first visit to Washington and to Montmartre. My husband and I, along with another couple, had a delightful and tasty Sunday dinner there. The service was excellent, the wine choices were good, and dessert (creme brulee) was divine.

    Fabulous food, atmosphere and location. We've traveled widely in France and Europe, and Montmartre compares well with its continental competition. It is a thoroughly unique restaurant in one of America's most charming neighborhoods.
