Here in D.C., Dallas, or Minneapolis they are all excellent!
What a catch!: I classy dining experience that will make you feel like a VIP.
More hype and ambience than quality seafood: We tried this restaurant out last time we went to DC on a congressman's recommendation. The prices were high and the ambience/atmosphere was very nice. Our waiter proceded to really raise our expectations on how fresh the fish was, how amazing the dishes were, etc.
The mussels, I have to admit, were excellent. Fresh, and in a delicious broth. Both of us ordered fish, salmon and grouper, and weren't as impressed. The fish may have been fresh, but the salmon was cooked a bit too much and the skin was left on and was difficult to scrape off. Anyway, for a $50/person meal (without wine...) you would do better at a different place unless you're looking for a nice atmosphere and want to impress a date on how much you'll drop on dinner.
