User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsOne of the best bars in Dewey Beach, the Starboard is a great drinking/party scene. The deck is always open, especially in the summer, and it gets pretty crowded. They have a cool gift shop, too. You can find some socialites playing beer pong inside and a decent DJ spinning music. Drinks are a little pricey, but they have some good specials. The food is average, but the cheese fries are incredible! Nothing out of the ordinary here....but I highly recommend it.
