The people writing the bad reviews did not stay at the same Washington Court Hotel I stayed at.I had a perfect stay,I do not have one complaint.I would rec ommend it to everyone.Friendly staff, spotlessly clean, excellent food, best location.Keep up the good work.
Agreed with others about the service. The worst I have ever seen. First day, elevators were going up and down randomly. It took them two days to fix it. On final day I left a flash drive in the computer of business center and called 30 min later while in airport. They said that it was found and would be mailed to me. I wrote to them again to make sure the address was correct. Guess what, 3 weeks later, it is not here. They claimed it was sent, but no further information, USPS or FedEx or UPS.
The Washington Court: We had previously stayed at the Washington Court Hotel, and the first stay was excellent. But then the second time we came it was disaster upon disaster. We requested a room with a 2 double beds, and got a king size bed and a cot.(a cheap cot at that) Then i asked the concierge to direct me to a Starbucks, and was led on a wild goose chase through out the city. When we did get to the spot she directed us to. Not only was it closed, but it was not a Starbucks.
