User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe absolute WORSE night-time management staff ever! They ruined a 40th birthday party by allowing "regulars" to bombard a private affair! The manager and bartender assigned to service the event were drinking and paying more attention to their weekly clientele than the party that had planned, paid, invited and prepared for over 30 guests. If you ever decide to spend your money on an event....although the atomosphere is great, the treatment and service was horrible! That also goes for General Management that felt no obligation to provide the ultimate customer service that everyone expects!
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsNice Ambiance: The ambiance here is really nice and the martini selection is good. The crowd is iffy depending on which night you choose to go. Nonetheless, the food and atmosphere is cool. Nice Jazz music is always playing.

I'm looking at hosting a corporate event at Lounge 201 for 200 people and I just read your review which is making me very nervous. Should I avoid this place?
