I made a terrible mistake: waited until the last minute to buy the Memorial Day Party supplies. I went to Paper Store today and only found ugly, old and expensive stuff. I came back home to look for another store (any suggestion?) and decided to leave this review. If you respect your money and time, don't go there.

I called and asked for a price. Once I went there, they charged me the double! More then unfair, they were very impolite. And they have only cheap and ugly stuff. Go to Target if you need party suplies.

Unfortunatelly, if we need balloons, there are not too many options in DC. But I will go to any other place next time. Paper Store is awful!

UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!!!!!: I am in California, the time is 8:30am, I realize I have forgotten my step-daughter's 16th birthday....I needed a bouquet of balloons delivered to NCS in less than two hours! Oh...did I mention it was Mother's Day Weekend? I called everywhere and begged and pleaded with no luck. I finally got ahold of Nancy at the Paper Store, Georgetown....She re-arranged her schedule, found a car to borrow, and DELIVERED!!! Talk about going above and beyond!
