About:This is a festive restaurant, well loved for many years by neighborhood patrons. A recent move closer to Dupont Circle has given it a rooftop terrace for al fresco dining. The dining room has the look and feel of a cozy cafe. The decor is simple, with white walls, white tablecloths and gilt-framed paintings. Blending Spanish, Mexican and Tex-Mex traditions, the menu is strong on fajitas and grilled entrees. Classic paellas and the marinated pork dishes are also excellent.

    The food was very good. The people were very friendly. Considering the crowd and pressure the staff was facing to seat many many people, I would say they handeled with great dignity and style.
    I would recommend everyone to try it. A very good mexican food place.

    The best Mexican food in DC. And I'm from California aka Mexico 2.0 so I would know. This is a popular spot so get there early.
