Memories: I rembr as a little girl going to Reeves every year for my birthday and my mother for would nut me a dozen of cupcakes. So after my mom introduced me to this bakery... I've been hooked ever since...

Cold food: Reeves is across the street from my place of work. The pastries and sweets are good but the restaurant needs some help. It's been hit-or-miss but the last several times, the food has been cold! Even after sending it back it's still only barely warm. The service has been less than ideal, too. Some of the staff are GREAT, others need some more training. I like their selection of food but if they would just add a little more attention to preparation and service, they would get a better review from me.

Great food, great prices: Reeves is a DC institution and deserves to be. The food is not for calorie counters but it is great, home-style cooking at a price you can't beat. The pies are awesome.
