Located just two blocks from Farragut Square, we pride ourselves in saying we are the most unusual pub in town! For starters, we serve breakfast 5 days a week (check out all of our menus at www.recessionslounge.com) along with the standard lunch and dinner fare. A variety of games including billards, darts, and Golden Tree video golf are all available. Happy Hour runs for a full 3 hours just like the old days (5pm to 8pm) and we also offer a Sports Lounge theme with plenty of TV's to watch your favorite game in style. We also have special entertainment on selected nights throughout the week. Wednesday night is Intern night with drink specials. Thursdays are open for now but we are looking to have a live contemporary Jazz group perform once or twice a month in the near future. Friday nights are Karaoke night and Saturday nights are Salsa night with a DJ. Don't worry about parking if you are driving, Colonial Parking has a lot available next door for only $5 after dark. We're also accessible by subway from one of the Farragut Metro Stations as well. We look forward to greeting you on your first visit to Recessions! |
