I'm not sure if I could call this wonderful. It's good enough for a city golf course. Keep in mind that they are run by the National Park service, so good or bad for the environment, they have a lot of rules and regulations of what kind of chemicals they can lay down on the greens. That means, yes, less than perfect greens.

In fact, right now, they are offering 30% off due to bad greens. There are some greens that are not greens at all. They just stuck a hole in the ground in the middle of the fairway and ask that we keep off the damaged greens. "Due to over seeding", or something along those lines.

It's a good amateur golf course. The staff are friendly, and hey, they're always the driving range is a pretty good deal.

Just don't expect much on the course. It is what it is for a city golf course.

The views are pretty nice tho!

Wonderful: East Potomac Park is wonderful. It has 2 stories, facing west over the potomac river. Shooting golf balls while the sun sets over the Virginia Hills and planes are landing in front of you at National Airport is something. Very convenient to down town.

cool place: 36 holes of golf right in the middle of the city! There's also a 80 bay driving range, mini-golf and a great golf school. And the cheeseburgers are the best.

To top it off, the President's heleicopter flew over te course 2 times. You gotta try this place.
