    Great place to live: I've only lived here a year, but it's been a terrific experience. The building is safe, convenient, and professionally managed. Its grounds are a bit uninspired, but that's not why I chose to live there. Safeway and Whole Foods are both within 3 blocks, CVS is across the street, and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

    Great Apartment Building: Well kept, good management that lives in building. Very friendly tenants, many who have lived there for years. Bright apartments, and centrally located to groceries (Safeway 2 blocks away, Whole Foods 5 blocks away), CVS across the corner, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, video rental, dry cleaning, etc. Awesome neighborhood for a great, safe building with parking.
