User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsi went in to buy a memory stick for my computer, the guy told me if it does not work for your laptop bring it back, i did just that the next day for an exchange since it had lowered the memory speed on my machine. i gave him no attitude, he did just that to me, he even mumbled that i was being picky, i mean i feel i was in the right as a customer, i wanted the correct part in my machine. i will NEVER go back to this place,i would not recommend this place to anyone, i will do my business somewhere where they have courtesy and they stand behind the service and products they sell. now i see why everytime i drive by this place nobody is in his store, way to go!!

Do not be fooled by the owner's "nice guy" act. This shop does not make its policies known prior to the sale, does not stand behind what they sell, and does not care about their customers. I purchased a laptop from them which stopped working within one hour of purchase. When I brought it back to them, they refused to refund the purchase price, and refused to take a quick look at the machine (even thought the technician was in the shop at the time) to see if it was a simple problem (it was). Take your business elsewhere.

I recommend using Advantage Computer Services. I took my laptop in this morning for priority service and Chris was able to remove the virus. I picked it up within 2 hours and now I am up and running! Thanks so much and I will be back!
