Sheehy Nissan-Mitsubishi

I bought my Nissan Maxima from Sheehy Nissan back in November of 2007. These peopel are hard negotiators, and I took full advantage of their $4000 price guarentee. They are not very ethical in teh way they do business, they never told me about a Nissan rebate, which in the end worked out better in my favor.

Anyhow, after buying I have had several problems with the car (only 5K miles) like sqeaking break noise, some mud guards (things over tires under the body) coming off, wiper fluid dispensors not working properly to name a few. I made 3 appointments with this dealer (the first appointment for the day) and despite that had to wait for over an hour every time for my car to be pulled in.

After being pulled in, they never found any problem with the car even though I had teh technician hear and see the problem. Only reason to go in 3 times - thinking I would get a different technician. Only different person I got was the clerks booking teh problems, and by the way these people don't have any car knowledge (atleast from my experience). So, problem remained. Called their Service manager, complained with Nissan, nothing worked. Nissan said try another dealer. Wow, I spent more than $30K and there is no service after the fact!

Anyhow, took the car to Brown's Fairfax Nissan, problems fixed - had to resurface the rotors. The clerk knew exactly what I was talking about, and was surprised why I had a hard time at Sheehy Nissan in Manassas.

I would NOT recommend Sheehy Nissan to anybody.

I have a Nissan Sentra and I had my car serviced at Sheehy Nissan once for a recall.

I originally had the recall scheduled at Brown's Fairfax Nissan because it was the closest but when I brought my car in they said they couldn't perform the recall because they were moving their computers. They could have called me and I wouldn't have wasted my time. I angrily left the dealership and called a few dealership in Northern Virginia.

I called Sheehy Nissan in Manassas and I could bring my car in for the recall on the same day without scheduling. I drove to Sheehy Nissan and the recall was done in exactly one hour(ECU reprogramming). I highly recommend Sheehy Nissan.

Been going to this dealer since 1993 and they have provided super service on both my vehicles. Super staff. Very nice new facility.
