   This place is hard to find. The manicurist, who ran late so I couldn't get the waxing done as I had scheduled, tried to make me feel like I had done something. She just kept blathering on and on. Then, the waxing person had an attitude about me being in my manicure too long. Huh? Perhaps this conversation should occur behind closed doors, amongst employees, away from client's ears. Duh.

   This company requires a credit card in the event you fail to cancel an appt. within 48 hours of the time of the appt. Then they ask you to arrive early so that you have time to sign a cancelation policy statement which gives them authorization to automatically charge your credit card in the event you fail to cancel future appts. within their 48 hour cancel policy.

   terrible attitudes and very snooty - i don't understand why people who make minimum wage treat people so badly. This place is hard to find and the service stinks.

   Exceptional!: Ever since Patty and Mandy threw open their doors in the Ashburn Professional Park, and Amenity Day Spa arrived, it has been a treat each and every time I go. I haven't quite made it through the enormous menu of services yet, but I am definitely working on it. Whether it's a facial, massage, waxing, bronzing, nail treatments or makeup, I have always been treated like a queen and have been always extremely happy with the results. So much so, that any time I get the opportunity, I am telling anyone and everyone about Amenity Day Spa and what they are missing. They are constantly adding new and innovative services and most recently, listening to their clients, aligned themselves with one of the best Cosmetic Surgery facilities in the area. Extremely important for those of you looking for treatments that clearly should have been overseen by a Physician. I have had some dreadful experiences in day spas in the past with aestheticians that had absolutely no business performing services that clearly should have been supervised or performed by a Physician. Not the case at Amenity. It is very clear that Patty and Mandy have a deep concern for the well being and safety of each and every client that walks through their doors and as such ensures that they are employing only the most qualified and conscientiousness staff. Whether it's Mandy administering an IPL, or Patty giving you that quick tan for that special occasion, or Nick, a massage therapist who literally leaves you wanting a massage every day of the week, Amenity has it all. Then there is Jen! If you are thinking about a facial, waxing, laser hair removal, here is your gal. Her passion and her enthusiasm are evident every time I see her. She really loves what she does and treats her clients as if they were part of her family. From the time I walk into Amenity where I am gratiously greeted by Michelle, who somehow manages to make me forget all of my stress as soon as we start to talk, it is obvious to me as I am sure to others, that everyone at Amenity Day Spa really enjoys what they do and genuinely care, and are committed to their clientele as well as the Ashburn Community. I can't wait for my next visit and can't emphasize enough that if you are really looking for excellent service at competitive prices, then take a trip to Amenity. You won't be sorry....trust me!
