Don't bother: This is a tired DC restaurant which has only one thing going for it - right across the street from the Kennedy Center. Otherwise, almost anything would be better. Expensive, and mediocre. A 'pre-fixe' menu running into the $40's for blah food. No wine less than $33. Horrible mixed drinks. A few examples: the mussel appetizer with shriveled mussels in canned tomato sauce. A fillet mignon covered in brown goo. A chocolate cake without any chocolate taste. Save a bundle and eat at the sandwich shop next door. (The service was attentive and proper ... the wait staff obviously isn't responsible for the menu or the kitchen.)
