And, I was having water problems with the siding that Kristie's father fixed. I was so happy that I called Royalty Chimney and I am grateful for all their help!

Wanted to say a big thank you to this company they cleaned our fireplace and installed a woodstove for us. The guys were great!! They came in cleaned the fireplace and made no mess, wich was a had task since the previous owners never cleaned the fireplace. The guys removed 2 buckets full of crud and dead animals. The woodstove works great and looks beautiful in our family room. I would recomend anyone looking for a good company, with nice employees to definately contact Royalty Chimney.

Never actually got to our chimney. They had a 2-hour window (9-11)that they didn't make. Called at 1100 to say they were running late and would be here at 1130. Got another call at 1145 to reconfirm our address - told them don't bother. To me this kind poor customer relations and inattention to detail is a strong indicator of their workmanship as well.
