Not responsive for parking enforcement towing: I live in a townhouse community in Fairfax and someone parked in my reserved parking spot. I was told by my HOA that our community uses Henry's Towing. I called them at 11AM and was told that they would call me when a truck was dispatched.

I called Henry's again 4 hours later at 3PM when I still didn't get a phone call or had a towing truck arrive. The operator said that they were still trying to dispatch someone and that they would call me when one was on the way. They also couldn't give me an estimate on when that would happen only that it would. Well it never happened and they didn't even call me back. I'm guessing that parking enforcement towing isn't as lucrative as other towing jobs, so it's not a priority for them, and so they don't really care about the customer as much.

This is frustrating because I called other towing services in the area and I couldn't get anyone else to come out. I was told that I had to use the service designated by my HOA because they have some kind of arrangement with them. The end result is that the person got away with parking in our spot in front of our home for almost the entire weekend.

Bottom line: If your HOA has contracted Henry's Towing, you have no parking enforcement. Anyone can take your reserved parking spot at anytime for as long as they want.
