User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsawful service: On the night of January 2nd, I went to this place for a quick meal, and got a lot more than that..... The cashier barely speaks English, so I repeated my order a few times, and he still got it wrong. The ink-strip on the cashierâs printer was very bad, so I questioned something that I can barely see and to my surprise I got a very nasty answer from the server (who up to this point was not even involved in the conversation), who said, in Spanish, â they want to eat, but they do not want to payâ. To her surprise, Iâm fully bilingual, and I just told her that it got nothing to do with paying and everything to do with they getting my order right. After I sat down, I realized they have not given me a glass for a small soda I ordered and paid for!, so I went back to the counter and ask for it. To my surprise, I was asked to show the receipt in order to get my soda, and considering they have only served one customer after me, and it was their fault - since they should serve everything at the same time, I considered this quite unnecessary!!!! When they hire people they should MAKE SURE they SPEAK ENGLISH!!!! and have GOOD MANNERS!!!
