Hi All

Be aware of MILLER TOYOTA.. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience. Let me brief on my issue and the assistance I am getting..

Issue:
The dealer accepted for insertion of IPOD Kit. This was not written on the contract. They stated, as it is not in the contract they will not do it.

The Sales Rep, Ameer accepted that, he had done the mistake. Yet they don't honor, what they have accepted.

Jeremy Cubbage the manager doesn't respond to my issue. Calling him multiple times hasn't worked till now. He doesn't pick the call / doesn't respond.

Buyers please be aware of Miller Toyota and its employees. This scenario can happen to anyone.. Ensure you ask the rep to write each and every detail on paper. Let it be something given free of cost too.

Given a choice, with the hastle I am going through, I prefer a BIG ZERO for Miller Toyota...

I will change this response based on how my issue is taken care off.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Miller Toyota. It was a horrible experience that has continued for another week. I received a quote from Miller, and checked local dealerships against the quote, and no one could beat the quote. I live in DC so I called the dealer to make sure the car was still available and that the quote would stand (I did not want to drive all the way out there if it wasn't the case), they told me it was and everything was in order. I proceeded to insure the car and get a loan transferred to me. When I arrived at the dealership (after driving for almost 2 hours in traffic), they say they made a mistake and the car is actually $1,000 more. I came up to the top price I could possibly pay (they had to come down some as well). That experience alone left me with a sour taste. Then a week later I receive a phone call telling me that they screwed up again and they need another $250 or they will not title my vehicle. I contacted the manager and he refused to help and dismissed me. I had no recourse. I do NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle here. Do NOT trust quotes or pricing that they give you, even when they are in writing (as mine was). It is not worth the trip or trouble.
