I had the questionable honor of dealing with these folks recently. My car was towed from Manassas to their location at midnight. I contacted the office and the people were very rude and unhelpful and wouldn't really even tell me where their business was located; "I work in the office, I can't tell you how to get here."

Once I finally got to their lot, I was told the towing charge was $150. Interestingly their posted rates on the wall said tow was $130. They refused to show any kind of rate card and all inquiries of the extra $20 were met with hostility and vague instructions to "go on the Internet."

Whereas it is my responsibility to park my car legally, it would be their responsibility to stick to their posted charges and treat customers with respect, which Henry's towing completely failed to do.
