Great food for the whole family. Great wings . A nice friendly atmosphere. Up beat !!!!!!!
The wings alone make it worth the trek to Glory Days. Servers are always very attentive and able to keep glasses full of soda and full glasses of beer (of which there is a very ample selection) coming to the table when needed.
The sandwiches are standard pub grub, from burgers, to sausage to cheesesteaks. All are very well prepared and flavorful and they tend to exceed expectations. The entrees tend to be a cut above the average sports bar fare, including smothered chicken, steaks and ribs.
The price to value proposition at Glory Days is excellent.
If you enjoy awesome, attentive service with piping hot food that is delicious then you MUST go to Glory Day's! You have to!
Our family enjoys going to Glory Days while we are out shopping or for a quick [but spectacular] dinner on a weeknight.
The staff is always on their toes - you never have to wait for another drink and the timing of appetizer to salad to dinner is perfect. The food has ALWAYS been hot and yummy. Some of our favorites are the crab dip and nacho appetizers, the sliders [any kind] the salmon dinner is so, so yummy and the burgers and fries are GREAT too.
The restaurant is always clean, including the bathrooms. You often get a visit from the manager who likes to stop by and say hi.
It is a sports bar and thus it can be crowded at times, but if you want to watch your fav' team - no problem - there is a TV set at every possible angle - and speakers at the tables! A cute edition are the paper footballs on all the tables to play your own game while waiting for your meal [you won't be playing long, believe me! They are efficient!]
Their take out is just as awesome as they seperate everything into individual containers [think nachos] so that it isn't soggy when you get home! We live about 7 miles from Glory Days and have yet to arrive home with cold food - they pack it so it stays piping hot [please don't forget to tip the takeout waiter/waitress!]
This is a family friendly restaurant with an excellent staff, well made, tasty food and a pleasing atmosphere for a sports date. We have even seen local boys/girls atletic clubs celebrating here at the end of their seasons.
It you want it all for drinks, apps & dinner [lunch only on weekends] then this is the place to go in Sterling.
