Bonnie's is great! Good food, clean, service is usually good and friendly. Can be a bit packed and noisey for breakfast on the weekends, but the breakfast is very good there. I wouldn't call myself a regular, but have been going there since they opened. My favorites are breakfast, the hamburgers, the shrimp dinner is really good and the fries are great. I think the prices are very good too. Good simple diner eating and not greasy, if your looking for fancy or gourmet then Bonnie's isn't for you, best to go to Magnolia's or such.

I have been eating at Bonnies ever since I was knee high to a duck. My granddad and I used to go there every Saturday morning. Bonnie and Liby have always treated their customers with respect. I have been in the Marine Corps the last four years and every time I make my way back into town from California Bonnie knows about it and makes it a point to be serving chipped beef that weekend because she knows its a favorite of mine. Her food is cooked with love and caring and she would never let anything come out of the kitchen that is sub par. The atmosphere is great and the sense of a small town still presides even after all of the development that has gone up around us. You can go in and sit down on any given day and see your friends at the table next to you. I have never had a bad experience in Bonnies other than the time I was acting up as a kid and my granddad put me in the truck while he ate breakfast. So whoever you are country boy and never again I tell you what the day you want to cowboy up you let us know and come out in public like real men and quit hiding behind your computer screen. Lovettsville has no place or patience for people like you. We are a bunch of fun loving, hard working, down home country folks that won't stand for slander and false accusations. We stand behind our friends and family and in front of our flag when the situation calls for it. Until you are that kinda man don't disgrace us with your presence.
