-am very impressed with this dealer. Ditto on the prior review regarding the parts dept. Additionally I was able to "schedule" an inspection, without leaving my machine, or "hanging around" until someone got to it. The inspection was competent and fair, and the people in the repair department impressed me. I've been riding touring motorcycles for the past 30-some years, and do all of my own work. If I run into anything that I can't take care of myself, this establishment will be first on my list.

The parts people upstairs are awesome. Very friendly, and very helpful. They will give that extra try to help find what you're looking for.
Downstairs in sales, it's no better or worse than any other shop. If you look like money, they'll probably show you a bit more interest than others. In service, I can't say as I've had no experience. I inquired once about fork seals on an '84, and the first gentleman I spoke to was hesitant as most motorcycle service shops are for older bikes. However the lead there was more than willing to do the job if I was willing to bring the forks in to do off-bike. I did not end up having them do it, after discovering how simple and easy a job it was to do!
