About:	We're an authentic English pub serving many organic dishes--both a pub menu and fine dining--wonderful beers on tap--excellent wine list--fireplaces in winter, delightful outdoor garden in warm weather. Family friendly--and romantic. A part of the local organic farm, Ayrshire Farm, we were the first restaurant in the USA certified organic and humane. Our steaks are superb. We also have a terrific English-style butcher shop in nearby Middleburg, The Home Farm Store.
