2 Hrs for an Oil Change should say enough. The best was from the time I got out of the truck to the time the truck went in the garage they claimed I had a flat tire. When asked why they didn't tell me the answer I got was "we couldn't find you"....there is only one waiting room! By the way, the tires were brand new and installed just a few days prior. Little bltent lie on their part becasue I didn't get the tires from them! I would not recomend this place...they are sneaky! No repeat customer here.
I have bought many cars and I am glad I stopped by Waldorf Toyota. Never thought I would buy a Toyota but after working with Bob I was sold on the value of the tundra. It has been the best Truck I ever bought. And the best car buying experience and most fun I ever had buying a car or truck. My Truck is the best I ever bought. Bob worked with me so I could afford it and was able to add some accesories I needed to add. I am going back to buy my wife a car real soon. I have done all my service for the last 2 years with Waldorf Toyota and I was assigned to Jina in service. She has made service easy and the service department definatly takes care of its customers. It was always a headache at prior dealerships. Thank you Toyota for taking me out of my Ford! If you need a car or truck go to Waldorf Toyota and see Bob. Tell him Larry sent you.
I was ready prior to going into the dealership and had ran my credit score and also had my FICO from all three. I was in financing and this is what was pulled. The dishonest dealer tried to trick me into believing that I had bad credit. They told that my credit score was too low and I didn't qualify for a low interest rate. The point of this was to convince me that the high-interest financing offered by the dealership was a good deal. HMMMM point of intent kick back for dealership from financer. When I pulled out my actual scores and approval from my two credit unions they were speechless. My score is a 768 average from all three with the lowest at 762. How deceitful have we become here ??
