KEN DIXON CHEVROLET OF WALDORF SUCKS!!!!!! I have a 2009 chevy trailblazer that I brought to them about a couple month ago, with 14,000 miles on it, for an electrical system failure. The lights went out while my wife was driving @ night with our two year old in the vehicle. When we brought it in no electrical components were working NONE!! They had the vehichle for about a week, reset the computer, then said they could not duplicate the problem. I told them they were incompetent & it's no wonder the government had to bail them out. I had a buddy of mine looked @ it, he found a loose ground wire. Today I brought it in to KEN DIXON with 18,000 miles on it, for what I suspect is a transmission or differential problem. they took the vehichle in, then called me 2 hours later & told me that they would not do warranty work on my vehichle because they didn't like the way I spoke to them last time my vehichle was in. How stupid are they? They get paid for warranty work!! Plus I buy expensive suvs, I drive a 06 FORD EXPEDITION!! I LOVE MY FORD!! just hit 50,000 miles no problems!!! Waldorf Ford Service is excellent. I won't buy anything from GM or KEN DIXON chevy ever again!! BUY AMERICAN, BUY FORD!! REPOST IT I'LL BUY YOU A BEER WHEN I'M WORKING!!

Never go there for a repair. If you do, you vehicle falls into the black hole of the right hand doesn't know what the left had is doing. How does it sound to have your vehicle in their possession for a month and they still have no clue what is going on. And of all things a warranty repair that they refuse to provide the rental. Useless is a key word that defines Ken Dixon's Customer Service Dept.
