Go with someone else!: I hired this maid service to clean a client's home. The client was very unhappy with the "deep cleaning" of the home but still paid for it. However they ended up charging both myself and the homeowner for the cleaning and when I tried to rectify it with the manager she claimed she didn't have the homeowner's charge card on file and then refused to discuss it. Well it was finally verified that the homeowner was charged and I was refunded but once this business got their money they didn't care about fixing the situation. They must have a shoddy filing system--can't they keep track of who they charge? Plus the lead maid was rude and had an attitude. Forget about them, they are terrible.
