User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsPoor Service: I had a very poor experience with this company. I was waiting in line to turn in some clothing when a gentleman came in right after me. The lady saw me come in before the gentleman. When she was finished with her customer she asked the man behind me if he had a pickup. He said I was there first, but she didn't care. She not only retrieved his clothing, she proceeded to take in his dry cleaning he had in his hand. Once I saw that, I didn't say anything and left the establishment and went to another dry cleaner. I don't know if this is the way they always conduct their business or if race was involved.
