Do not use! 9.95 monthly reoccuring charge was hidden in the fine print. Also stated that this charge cannot be canceled within 14 days. This business also has a alias name as bloomstoday.
Let the buyer beware!!!

I ordered flowers for mother's day. I wanted them delivered on the FRIDAY OR SATURDAY before preferably on Saturday knowing that my mom would not be home on Mother's day.I knew my mom would call me with great surprise that she had received the flowers. So on SATURDAY evening when I hadn't heard from her I started to become a little concerned. That's not like her not to call with appreciation. So when I called her to thank her for my gift I asked what she thought of the flower's and she said what flowers? I said, You didn't get the flowers? No she said. Can you check with the office (she lives in a senior housing facility) The office is closed on Sunday. So I called Blooms. They were closed. I sent an email never got any response and my credit card was charged when I received the statement in the mail. Very disappointed, the first time I sent flowers and what happens YOU MESS IT UP ON MOTHER'S DAY!!!

Don't use this florist! I submitted a request before 10:00 AM on a Friday. I was called after 5:00 from a representative stating that the flowers could not be sent today and asked if they could send them tomorrow. I agreed and was assured that the flowers would arrive the next day. I received a call at 12:30 the next day saying that the arrangement that I ordered was out of stock and could I select another arrangement. At that point I canceled the order. I fully expect that I will have a charge to dispute on my credit card. I would advise anyone to seek out another florist since this was my first and last time using these guys!

Follow-up... As expected, I had a charge on my credit card. It seems that I got signed up for a Blooms Reward Card when I placed the order and they began charging me $9.95 a month. Again, go somewhere else!
