Well I must say that in all my years of giving reviews this is my first "terrible" experience.

After reading good reviews of this cleaner (just moved to area) I decided to pop in with 1 dry cleaning request, a zipper replacement on a skirt, and a hem repair on a pair of very nice dress pants (my holiday wardrobe). I dropped off and we agreed on a price of $40 for the zipper, $6 for the hem, and $4.50 for the dry cleaning of a simple skirt.
I was told to return the following week.

When I did the lady found the dry cleaned skirt in a few minutes, then I said i had alterations to pick up. She found the zipper repair skirt and advised $50 to pay. I started to grab my wallet when I realized that I didn’t have my pants. So she went looking for them. At this time I thought I should double check the work on the zipper. Well to my surprise, nothing was done, NOTHING! The lady came back with several pairs of pants and asked me which one??? Then told me to go in the back and look for myself. I showed her the skirt and that the zipper had not been replaced, she did not care and said to come back. I went to look for my black pants and did not find them so I decided it would be best to let her find them and I would come back. I would of course be taking the zipper replacement elsewhere.

Now this is what ticked me off. Because I new what I owed for the cleaning and alterations, I was planning to pay with my credit card as they have a minimum $10 credit card fee. I had $3 cash on me. The lady would not comp the remaining $1.50 dry-cleaning bill and charged my credit card $10. She told me to come back for the pants, which to this day they have not found!

I know this may be an isolated event, but its the customer service or lack there of, that I had to report.

I've had several pants hemmed here and they've always done a great job in a timely fashion.

Great Service ...: I had trouble with a stain spot on the shirt and other cleaner places wanted to charge $10 for it, but when I went to this place, the guy looked at it and poured something to remove the stain. I asked how much and he said complimentry on the house and smiled. GREAT PLACE and GREAT SERVICE.
