    If you want your order wrong, call this place. Even if you fax the order over, they'll still get it wrong. The food needs improving and the service is extremely bad. If you want it wrong, get it from here.

    The bagels are good, but their service is rude and they are not friendly. You can tell the employees don't really want to be there. We had great service for about 2 years and awesome food (sooo good), and then it went downhill. One day we got a tuna melt and the cheese wasn't melted. The prices have drastically gone up, but the website doesn't show the new price. They do not like to make the smoothies... They are sooooooo good, but they don't like to make them... so why not take them off the menu. Also, we called in an order thinking it would help them out so they could make it when they are not busy, but we had 2 completely messed up orders out of 4 and none of them were toasted like we asked, and we were over charged. I don't recommend this place until they get more competent and friendly employees.

    Great food! Very friendly staff and great service, especially in the morning rush. I get bagels and pastrys for the office. It's fresh and so much better than other junk people bring in. They have homemade cream cheese too, soooooo good.
